These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ProposalForge (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and proposal creation.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier, a paid Pro subscription, one-time credit packs, and a Win Boost add-on. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Within our mobile app, purchases are completed on our website — Apple's and Google's in-app purchase systems are not used for digital subscriptions or credits.

AI-generated content

Proposals and related text are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before sending it to any client.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that proposals will result in winning work, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProposalForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any business reason with reasonable notice.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
